The weapon I like most is the Fire and Ice dual blades.
I finished the game and the DLC with them. They deal fire, ice and immobilization damage real quick... and you can counter with them. 👍🏽
Still, given you use properly everything can be broken, but the Halberd just have range, damage and a hallberd can be the combination of huge range melee and ranged.
Thought I responded to this ages ago, lol. But yeah, this was exactly the same for me, lol. And I agree, the Gribeauval Halberd (named after Jean-Baptiste Vaquette de Gribeauval, btw) is already a solid weapon, but with its ranged special attack it's just downright mean. Go Halberd Team! xD
Though lately, the last time I played anyway, I've been trying to get much more proficient in (and getting ever closer to perfecting) parrying and counterattacking. That's also a fun playstyle to try!
