This game perpetuates the myth of the French Revolution being the revolt of "the people" against a tyrant king. The truth is that the French revolution was organized a cabal of very powerful people hellbent on destroying France, the monarchy and the Christian faith.

The people were the first to suffer the consequences with the destruction of corporations who were very proective of workers and the Revolutionary Wars who led to the loss of millions of French lives. And if you want to learn about the first modern genocide, look up the history of the Vendee uprising and how it was crushed.

The developers think they are edgy, cool and on the side of "the people".
in truth, they are still peddling lies, misinformation and a false version of history.

And if you think that the media you consume, does not influence your perception of the world or your political beliefs, I suggest you educate yourself on the subject.

For the people who think I am just a crazy guy, just look up the achievements of Louis XVI and tell me then if he was a bad king or a tyrant.

Wtf are you talking about? The French revolution was used by the 'bourgeoisie' to get more power, that is true, but there is no way it was organized for a single purpose. It was messy, long, and complicated.

And the claim that Vendee uprizing is the 'first modern genocide' is a bit ridiculous. What is the difference between 'modern' and non-modern Genocide?

And i won't comment on your 'everything is religious' , as i don't think it even deserve an argumented answer.
