Multiple NG+s is not really as common as you think. NG+ is generally it.
Please? All these games offer multiple NG+ scaling.
Dark Souls 1, 2 & 3
Sekiro
Bloodborne
Elden Ring
Nioh 1 & 2
Hellpoint
The Surge 1 & 2
Mortal Shell
Lords of the Fallen
Please? Yes. A few games series, all taking after Dark Souls does not NG+ being common make.
NG+ has been around since the dawn of time and having it be in a few series since 2011 doing the cycle thing doesn't make it common. Are you trying to say this game is in the same vein and you want to have multiple NG+ cycles, sure whatever. But that doesn't make it common and something that every game has to have. Maybe they devs just didn't want to do that, just because some others have doesn't make it written in stone.
No, you can again start NG+ on that save, but the game experience will be the same as NG+ without difficulty or anima inrease.
