I know this Game is not done yet but wtf is this?
Gameplay looks like trash because of the bad Animations and the Framerate.
The Sound, Music and Atmosphare is BAD (there is no Sound lol)
Why are you showing us new Gameplay if you dont even can show us a 100% Finished Level?

There is no working foundation for this Game... this will be a huge FLOP and a Game with Metascore below 60%.
If the Foundation is not great then you dont even need to work on this anymore.

Just make this a 1 Year Epic Exklusiv and take the money... dont put a janky Alpha Version for Fullprice on Steam and get a huge bad Review Bomb for this Game.
Work on it 1 Year more and use the Epic Store Users as Beta Testers and not Steam Users... this can kill your Game 4 ever.

I hate that I kinda have to agree with you. Everyone else is gonna say "its not out yet", but it's four months from release and when devs put out a gameplay trailer that normally means they feel the gameplay is in a finalized state. It looks BAD. I hope I'm wrong, but going from Greedfall to this is a massive step down in quality and scope it seems. Even graphically the game looks worse than Greefall. Again, I hope I'm wrong, but this isnt looking good.

I have to agree in that it does not seem at all like a game that will come out fully finished and polished in 4 months based on the trailer. So much in that trailer seemed far from done and there is only so much you can do in the remaining time. I hope to be wrong though.

i dont know what video you watched but i hope its the most recent one and not the gameplay video from a year ago when it was in its alpha stage.

I so badly want this game to be good, it has so much potential, but the latest video just shows how much cleanup there is still needed to get this there in the most basic things. Is 4 months enough to do all this cleanup and deliver the product I want? probably not. I'll keep an eye on this, maybe miracles do still happen

The newest gameplay video does not look much better. Even the top youtube comment is "This game needs more development time." Because it does. It looks insanely clunky. The animations do not flow together at all. It looks like an early access steam game made by one person with a bunch of assets. It's such a fall from grace after Greedfall.

ALL of their games have the same problems and this one looks like it's no different. Lackluster animations, boring voice acting, terrible combat and a super slow story build-up that motivates for 3 hours max. I think I own most of spider's games and I haven't finished a single one so far.

Bro, you can't even write in proper English and YOU'RE telling the devs about what they should or should not do? What video exactly did YOU watch because the one I watched had ZERO framerate issues or bad graphics. Also, none of it looked "janky" or even remotely close to an alpha version.

See this started as a thread with decent constructive criticism with people saying to delay the game because the recent gameplay looks unfinished. Now you're calling people names and getting mad over people not being as excited as you. Most of us are here because we like Spider's games and don't want to see them fail. Nobody is telling the devs what to do. At the end of the day it's their game and they can do whatever they see fit, but at the same time developers need to take player's opinions into account when that is exactly who they're trying to sell to! When the top comment on your recent trailer is "This game needs more development time" it might be a solid option to delay it, unless they believe they can fully polish the game in a couple months.

I just discovered this game. I don't usually play souls-like games even ignored Elden Ring on store page. I watched Steelrising gameplay and 100% wanted to buy it without knowing it being souls-like.

English is not my first Language, its Swahili and after Swahili its German.
