Can you turn the pixelation off?

Is there a way to remove the censor on the private parts? Constantly having to look at those anomalies sure breaks immersion

Hey there- yes, the pixelation censor can be toggled on/off in most regions. You'll find our 'Nudity Filter' toggle in our settings menu!

"in most regions"... so the game will also have a censored version (I know, not you fault)

But can you please specify what all the changes will be in the censored vs uncensored versions? Is it just nudity or more?

Because having a blurred/pixelated zone constantly on the screen is annoying and distracting? How is that creepy. Private parts arent censored in a real autopsy either. Not sure why you try to make this weird
