That's probably because JoJo uses Songnames for it's names. So the Songs are a reference to references to Songs. Including some of Pink Floyd.

Obviously the game is an original work. Blinch just named the OST Jojo's references for big funni. I don't seriously think this game is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Jojo's reference.
