Only chapter 4 is to be taken.
For the harvest, the warrior or the necromancer because the thief provides almost no metal.
Go fast and use alchemy to fill in the gaps.
note that I strongly recommend a macro (auto - click) to transform.
Until the developers put in place an ergonomic option for mass transformation.
If you can sustain a run long enough, Act 4 is the way to go.
Otherwise Act 3, because ressource limit is relatively high and it takes some time to spawn the boss, so easy farming.
Not sure about avoiding the rogue.
Sure you get less metal but damn this guy can kill fast, much faster than the necromancer.
The necromancer is probably (with the right talents) the safest, but boy does he take time to kill the enemies. One roundtrip at about loop 8 with half the tiles used for enemies, it already takes minutes until the loop is finished.
I love the necro playstyle but compared to the other 2 you have to be patient
The wolfrats are I think the enemy of choice for the necro.
