Vampires in the swamps break the game's own rules, please fix/patch this.

I've started playing this game just relatively recently, but I've already accumulated over 100+ of hours, I've got accustomed/familiar with how the game operates in general and most of it's rules pretty well (I'm currently nearing the end of Chapter III and I feel quite confident about what I'm doing) by now, I believe. However, I've noticed one glaring inconsistency with what the game says in it's rules and what it actually does:

Swamp tiles explicitly state that ANY vampire healing ("vampirism") should damage EVERYONE who uses it as a skill, INCLUDING enemies. But, for some bizarre reason, this doesn't work currently, as vampire enemies still continue on being healed with their vampirism, despite being in the swamp! This thus creates situations where I get damaged by vampirism, as it should be, yet vampires I fight against keep on healing themselves despite the fact that rules of the tile strongly instate that vampires should be affected by the swamp as well! Nothing anywhere in the game states or implies that vampires are exempt from being affected by swamp's effects! This is very clearly either a bug, OR a balancing oversight by the developers themselves, so I sincerely hope for this to be fixed/patched out ASAP, with any further updates of this game.
