"Defeat Hunter 3 times" achievement not awarded in chapter 4
At the time of writing, I have defeated Omega 3 times (Third Kill entry in encyclopedia unlocked), but don't have the achievement for defeating Hunter 3 times.

You need to beat him in chapter 3.

Thank you for posting this. I had the same issue and wanted to confirm it wasn't a bug. The trophy/achievement descriptions should say Defeat BOSS in THEIR CHAPTER n times. According to my stats in-game, I've killed him nine times, and I've killed Omega six times. Meaning the game thinks I've only killed The Hunter three times. Brutal.

thankfully they only need you to do the chapter once to confirm it but yeah it's annoying that it doesn't happen unless you do that
