Is there a cap on jeweler's magnifying glass ?

It's a camp supply item, and I got 11 of it, each gives +10% chance of finding rare item, just wondering if it's capped at 100% or not

unlikely rare find change is likely 1% or less to start with so even +100% chance is only 2%
