Tile Combinations List (spoilers)
I've been experimenting but no luck; it starts to get harder to find them by accident with so many cards. If you find any, post them and I'll try to arrange them in the OP later.

Old Combinations (the ones that were in the demo)

1)Meadows adjacent to anything besides meadows - Blooming Meadow, 50% more efficient
2)Mountains/rocks: 3x3 grid makes Mountain Peak, gives large health bonus and spawns harpies. also every 10 mountain/rocks spawns a goblin camp, goblins kinda suck
3) Swamp adjacent to goblin camp - Lookout Goblin Camp, it makes even crappier goblins why did you do this
4)Vampire Mansion adjacent to village - Ransacked Village, which becomes Count's Lands
5)Battlefields overlapping - Bloody paths on applicable nearby road, spawns blood clots.
6)Suburbs in a + shape: makes a better suburb in the middle
7)Treasury surrounded by anything - empty treasury, spawns gargoyles
8)Wheat Fields cut off from a village via oblivion or adjacent to an 'a village?' - abandoned wheatfield, spawns grassholes (i forget the name)
9) Blood grove cut off from Grove - Hungry Grove
New Combinations:
1a)Bookery = when empty, spawns tomes in adjacent areas.
1b)Empty Bookery adjacent to Vampire Mansion = spawns Vampire mages
1c)Empty Bookery adjacent to Temporal Beacon = spawns Watchers.
2)Rivers next to Battlefields - Shipwreck, It spawns a Siren and a Chest (guaranteed not a mimic) once per loop while retaining the battlefield's ability to create ghosts.
3)River next to desert/dune - Oasis, -0.5% hero atk speed, -1% monster atk speed
4)Storm Temple lined up with forests - 0.5 magic damage
5)Forest/Thicket - Spawns a 'village' after 10 placed, just like mountains and goblin camps.
6)Villages - placing 2 spawns a bandit camp, bandits suck and can break your items (even equipped)
7) River adjacent to road (requires breed) = Reeds, spawns Fishmen.

desert/dune tiles have an interaction with mosquitos from swamps.

Living Armor is spawned by Forge randomly every few days, without need of a nearby "Village?". If you want to benefit from the Forge, without fighting the Living Armor, you can just place it next to the Campfire, since nothing can spawn in this tile.

The "Village?" tile just spawn Wooden Warriors every 2 days, and allow you to place Wheat Fields nearby like a normal Village. Once you place Wheat Fields near a "Village?" they transform into Overgrown Fields.
Deleting an existing Village with nearby Wheat Fields produces the same effect, generating Overgrown Fields.
This fields spawns the same Scarecrow every 4 days, and also adds 3 "Field of Blades" to every battle inside the tile.

Watchers spawn is not related to combining a Bookery and a Temporal Beacon. They just spawn in every battle in the area of effect of Temporal Beacons (same effect of Vampire Mansion adding Vampires to battles, but in a wider area). The mob that spawns when you combine a Abandoned Bookery and a Temporal Beacon is the Watcher Mage (similar to the Watcher, but dont try to escape from combat, and spawns the normal Tome when dies, so you can easily farm 2 Time Shards on each battle).

Also, one noticeable interaction between Outpost tiles and the Rogue:
Outposts are essentially free: You will never spend dropped items after the battle to pay the soldiers, since you never get items as drop, you only get trophies that are exanged for items in the Campfire. None of this trophies have quality or level, they are just a number, and once you reach the Campfire, the game generates a few items with better or worst quality depending of the number of trophies you have.

I'm not exactly sure how to recreate it. I ended up with a Wasteland tile that looked like spirits were coming out, that would delete anything I put on the space. After using Oblivion on it, it spawned a Boss orb and crashed my game...
So. I managed to recreate this, I believe this needs to have several things overlapping. Vampire mansion, Road lantern, Watcher tower, chrono crystal, storm temple, and battlefield, also need to Oblivion the resulting wasteland with souls coming out.

It's a secret boss.
It requires overlapping 6 or more blue areas from different tiles on a single tile of the path. So for example temporal beacon, bookery, vamp house, bloodgrove, hungry grove and chrono crystal all affecting the same tile on the path. This causes a 'blue lightning' effect on the tile, and playing Oblivion on it then spawns the boss in that location. The blue lightning effect doesn't show though if a chapter boss is currently present.

Considering I found this on March 5th, it feels pretty cool to possibly be one of the first people to have stumbled upon this. Thought it was a bug at first and I struggled to recreate it.

That's pretty cool.

Isn't there also a secret boss that shows up when you level up so much that the trait pool for levelups is empty and nothing more can be learned ?

I know of 2 secret bosses making the entire road swamp summons a frog, and having any sort of cheating makes an angry face

Yep. There's three secret enemies as far as I know. (could be more if others discovered anything) The overlapping areas boss (interesting dialogue btw). The perk enemy when you run out of perk options. And the frog enemy that spawns if you make every single tile on the path a swamp. (it shows up as a green enemy icon in a random spot on the path once you placed the last swamp tile)

Might want to note that you don't have to use oblivion on a grove to get the hungering grove. You can place a blood grove next to another blood grove, and it will become hungering grove.
Also if you like the blood grove effect, but don't like fighting a bunch of ratwolves, you can place a thicket/forest a tile way from the road and then place a blood grove next to it. (Kinda makes it silly that pulling grove out of your deck locks the blood grove in light of this)
