Please increase the reward of the Monthly Cristal card to 40 or 60 per day, other gacha are much more friendly toward low spending with Monthly gems card as it requires connection everyday

I love this game, I've even spent a lot on Ming's skin and going for her weapon. But I can't justify spending more when this game is not generous to its player base. You are losing players by not treating them better. No one is going to want free currency (Dream Tokens) they can get by levelling up when that is not needed to unlock better premium characters and weapon skins, you need the premium currency (Bablo Crystals) for that.

If you look at other successful games that £5 can get you 30+ PULLS. These are the games that you are competing with for the player base to stick around. The developers need to have a serious think and reconsider the direction in which this game is going because at present it wont be half as lucrative as it could potentially be by being so stingy to the people who are still around to play it.

A huge slap in the face with the free currency Dream Token "GIFT" and at Christmas time too. The community wants FREE BABLO CRYSTALS so listen up and take notes.

Also make Unions cross server too! I want all of my friends to be included no matter where they are geographically located!
