yugiris snails should be destroyable
they are really good. having a lot of fun fighting with her and against and as her but i noticed her snails can't be destroyed. i think if you put the effort in to shoot it away you should be able to.

but besides that i think the season and the events and yugiri is great!!

You also cant shoot away Meredith's sandstorm or many other effects in the game.
Its probably for a similar reason, since its a control character.

they can only be up for a certain time and then she has to recharge energy
The question here is that if you make snails destructible, the character will be completely useless. Or do it so that when you touch the smoke, all your armor is immediately removed. Otherwise, the snail will be destroyed before it removes any armor at all, and armor regeneration will quickly restore the lost units.
Just No

The fact the cat's balls are destroyable but the snails aren't is just schizophrenic design. It needs to change.
I see both points. It feels weird spotting the snails and being unable to do anything about them. But it also feels weak if the moment the gas is released, you just break the snail.

Maybe there could be a middle ground. Like if you deploy those anti-grenade items near a snail, it gets disabled/destroyed. That way you would have to gear properly to counter a snail player.

I get the point, but you wont know if you play against Yugiri till the match has started unless you play escort. So this wont work as you intend.

I guess what might work is shooting them will disable it for a short time, based on how much damage is done. However this duration should be extremely short if its implemented for balance reasons.

i like that idea!!!

i have played as her and against yugiri and agree the bubble isn't that bad but still being able to see and get around them as a tactical advantage for a moment wouldn't be a bad idea, so either shoot the bubble for it to go down in size or shoot the snail directly and set a reset timer of maybe 2-3 seconds.

but yea the bubble is mostly problem in escort! so allowing this for escort would make me happy.
Escort has some interesting mechanics. Like attaching those snails on the truck so they keep moving along. Or just tossing the Madelena paint on the ground, and then hiding invisible inside the paint on the truck, which never has paint on it. (Who expects a hidden person where there is no paint?).
