A habit that I carry from Counter-Strike.. And it helps me peek, get the first hits on the enemy, and very frequently ensure winning that engagements.
It can also be used to help team mate win the engagement for them, since it apparently doesn't blind team mates.. Not sure if that's truthful, as nobody uses them.
Then, dependable on the agent, it's tattletale, slow grenade, or interceptor.
- With Michelle, it's all about using tattletale and pawtectors to cover the payload. I can't even tell you how many times have they saved me from flanking Galatea with her.. Awakening that turns her invisible for a short duration after using decoy. The tattletales' value is so underestimated that it's not even funny.. But perhaps, it's just me being half deaf that I need to find some help inside the game..
- With Yvette, it's either back to tattletale or slow grenade, but lately slow grenade.
Popping it at the payload ensures that the enemies aren't getting away from the toxin that's stuck on the payload, ensuring an easy takeover.
If the team mates are in control of the payload, it's up to me to throw it at far back to prevent them getting closer, or to cover areas where enemies are about to push and easily deal with the flanking enemies that way.
- With Kanami, it's back to tattletale or interceptor, but mostly interceptor.
Using it mostly to cover the team mates stuck at the payload, possibly to allow for easier takeover by preventing supporting enemies from throwing in some utilities to make it all the more difficult for me and my team.
Although the rest of the utilities do sound cool and all.. They don't fit my playstyle or my team usually carries them.
Regardless of the agent I'd play, I do always wanna carry flashbang; The second piece of utility will vary from what the team brings, as well as on my planned playstyle or what I expect enemies to bring up.
