That's a bit too vague.
You do want to focus on specific things that seem difficult to you and focus only and only on them for the period of time.
After a while, you can try applying some more stuff into it -> If you find yourself just fine and feeling it, adding some more should be fine.
However, the moment you start to feel uncomfortable, as in that there's too heavy load of things to do for you, I'd suggest to step back a little until you grow comfortable with what you've been learning for now, later on adding some more.
Y'know, instead of stuffing on everything at once, focusing on specific areas at a time instead.
The downside of it is, you will grow out some bad habits that will need to be fixed later on, but will train the area you're focused on a lot more efficiently and at a lot shorter time.
If you were to chow down everything at once, you will grow out even more bad habits and wouldn't notice any progression.. Without a doubt.
At the end of the day, everyone's got a different learning peace.
Some do need but a few minutes, while some do need hours to days..
For the beginnning, I'd recommend the proper crosshair placement and reading of the game, i.e. reading the minimap when necessary, so you rotate in time and support the team.
Later on, I'd focus on proper pathing and peeking - So to peek from the side where your barrel is while keeping the distance from the cover so you see the enemy sooner than they see you (YouTube videos are your best guidance here).
And, lastly, do focus on the crosshair placement. This alone does win you fights in many times, but nothing beats the proper teamwork in crucial circumstances. Even if you encounter the best player in the world and catch them off-guard with multiple team mates at once, they won't be able to do anything about it.
Bet I'd be amazing if I could look at both the map and my crosshair at the same time.
