It actually is easy though lmao. Why play other characters when you can 1 hit from across the map, and if you get pushed you can jump shoot people over cover because there isn't any movement accuracy penalty when scoped

ngl anytime I see a sniper I get happy bc I know how easy it is to get into their personal space and beat them. Ur just ass.

I took the advice in this thread and played Kokona. 5 MVPs in a row in Team Arena. Sniping takes zero brain power and the body damage is as atrocious as headshots. CTRL spamming and lining up SHIFT body shots takes 2 IQ, 1 IQ higher than the average sniper main.

Snipers are only really strong in Team Death Match or Team Arena since the map is so open its easy to get kills, playing as Kokona myself. However in Payload/Demolition I found it very easy to jump both her and Kanami due to maps typically being choke-holdy and more short ranged outside of a few sightlines.

I've killed plenty of snipers easily and once they miss one shot they have to rechamber and during that time I can just shred through them.
