She also has an awakening skill of getting downed and able to self revive (Second Wind) for every starter player. Ideally, a team must have her no matter what to increase the odds of winning.
Skills based games like this where you can cast are supposed to be you doing balancing against the opposing characters and even have synergy with the whole team. It's you who do the balancing. You usually need a controller class and a duelist class for Escort and Demolition modes.
The fact you can play her attack and defense on demolition only adds to the pain. Best deathmatch character by far.
I'd hold off with calling any characters OP until you get really good understanding of the game. I personally think Audrey is broken, but it's also likely just skill issue.
They both can change the direction of demo so hard
I actually haven't played as her because she's one of the characters I never die to. She gets stood in place and becomes a giant target.
Too bad this game doesn't have a pro scene. Reyna terrorizes pub games, but is barely seen in the pro scene. The roster of this game is very low and the attack/defend sided characters really do push Fuschia to be used often. Why bother learning 2 different guns, when you can just learn 1.
EDIT: as for audrey she's not used except for defense. So IDK probably bastion meme for life.
In Demolition and Escort modes, character with more utility seemed better.
Ming is a much better pick at higher ranked play.
I'm still of the opinion that Kanami, Celestia, and Lawine are the best agents in the entire game, possibly adding Ming and Michele to the list; But to think of Audrey or Fuchsia as overpowered makes little to no sense to me.
- The moment utilities do get into the play, that's where Celestia and Lawine shine, Kanami aswell but she needs no utilities as her passive already reveals enemies if you simply wallbang most of the common spots.
There's also Fragnans who's worthy mentioning, as sometimes even shields aren't enough; Hit points are better, but due to her no longer being versatile and only available on for the attackers, Celestia wins it by a mile.
That's to say, Michele and Lawine are the easiest agent to play off, as the moment they receive or deal damage, they reveal enemies. Those are such match changing passive abilities..
While Fragrans's and Celestia's passive abilities do sound really well aswell, they're far from being that good because it takes time to regenerate the numbers, even more so when heavy shields are in question, which is what should be Celestia buying anyway.
- I guess, Reiichi's passive could be mentioned too, but I have no clue how does it work.. If it works through walls (objects, such as crates) then yes; Otherwise, I don't think so, it's far from good.
Another agent whom I'd mention with question marks is Nobunaga, but only and only if it's Kanami peeking him and he's having charged up shots.. As it mighta be a bit difficult to hit that shot without the crosshair, assuming he hits the very first shot.
Some demolition matches i encountered people who go invisible in a blink of eye, which made it seriously OP on demolition users can just troll players by keep going in and out of invisibility and lose time on defuse, not sure what was that about
