Stutter

i'm crazy or this game stutter a lot .4070 super R7 5700x 3d 32 go of ram all driver on date
playing on ultra 1440p and getting around 200 to 300 fps even when i lock the fps its stutter like hell unplayable srry for my english ... oh and plz nerf audrey

I don't know where you're capping your frame rate but the game has a built-in frame rate set to 60 FPS by default. You have Steam's FPS counter shown at all times, you would have notice the 60 FPS cap and change the settings.

Go to in-game Settings > Screen

1. Max Frame Rate (60 by default) set to (480 MAX)
   
2. Vertical Sync to ON

Disable any FRAME CAP/LOCK FPS if you cap them using software programs (AMD/NVIDIA/INTEL software)

like i say im playing with an average of 200 to 300 i know game have a in game fps cap and Vsync dont change my stuttering happen when i use my scope like on a sniper big deep in fps and lowering graphic donc fix them

If you enabled V-Sync then your FPS wouldn't be 200-300 despite having the MAX FRAME RATE cap at 480.

i turn off vSync i dont play i was saying even with it enable its stuttering but its only when i scope looks like dont know why
