Now, Steam sometimes censors links, so let's hope they don't do it with this because it's just an explanation with screenshots, on how to get the files we need to figure out what causes the crashes.

I haven't had Blue Screens in a long time, but with this game it's the first time in a long time.
It seems there is still a lot to fix.

Hello i have issues with opening the game, I deleted catche files and verified files and it didnt helped do u have any solution for this error?

hi try reinstaling the game if it dont work it must be something with ddl files that are missing u can try looking for them manualy or dowloand app that dowloands every missing dll files

Probably. But if there is not enough RAM for this game, they should change the minimum system requirements information on the game page.

Game launcher often popped up in the middle of the game
It's annoying when i was in a middle of a match and then for whatever reason the main launcher where i was supposed to press start to play kept popping up randomly and throwing me back to desktop. It doesn't happened only once but so many times. I hope there's fix for this.

i tried to:
- reinstal the game
- clear files in Desktop/Blabla/Strinova
- search for invalid or missing files on steam
- multiples times rebooting PC

issues occurs always

then there is nothing we can do just accept that u cant play

Launcher instantly closes when I open it
When I try to launch the game, I see the launcher for less than one second and it disappears. Any idea what might be causing that? I've tried restarting, running it as administrator etc.

Crashes on selecting Agent screen
Not sure if it's just me, but if I go to the dorm and immediately go to the Agents tab, it completely freezes the game. Music still plays but I cannot do anything in-game. I have to close the game via task manager.

I've been having the same problems so I looked through the logs. Seems the issues in order are:


Could not create pixmap from c:/Users/martin.yuan/Desktop/downloader/20230704-161755.png

libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile

Unknown property point-size

QPixmap::scaled: Pixmap is a null pixmap


The launcher is trying to take an image from a remote url and it's not scaling correctly to the monitor.
