You did not factor royalty fees for using Fate Intellectual Property that may just bankrupt the developers.

For now is retaining players by giving more enticing participation for the battlepass and events.

But the best option is to expand the lore and story telling, majority of the trailers of Strinova only show gunfights. Rather they should also include story or glimpses of the lore make viewers intrigue. Just like the early concepts of Strinova makes you wonder what the lore of the characters are:

You still need to maximize marketing and advertisement. Collabs requrie royalty fees. Strinova can utilized to build it own fandom if they just let players dig into the lore of the characters. Where they wont need to rely on other Intellectual Property.

If you look at marketing of Valorant, Apex, Marvel Rivals, and Overwatch in the last decade. They dont just have gunfights in their trailer, they incorporate lore into them.

To be honest, I don’t know lore strinova, but I always wondered what scissors motivation was for blowing up a building and stealing some item at the beginning of the game
I also heard that lawine is nobu wife but I don’t know if this information is true

I watch every animated video they put out, and read every lore dump they provide.
Without lore, the gaming world is empty and meaningless. The characters would have a lot less flavor without lore and background.
Especialy in a game like Strinova, lore and story is important for the worldbuilding and making the game feel more than just a ''gamemode''.
