Then, we can go over the required free storage space where Valorant requires ~40 GB; Strinova's ~25 GB.
That's quite a difference..
-> At the moment, my Valorant's taking a little above ~50 GB; Strinova doesn't even reach ~30 GB, but requires a few tenths of MB to get there..
And, the recommended RAM?
Valorant requires 16 GB; Strinova requires 8 GB.
I do believe that this makes it pretty clear, doesn't it..
-> Valorant requires more powerful hardware than Strinova, albeit only regarding the storage and CPU.
You need to meet the ACTUAL recommended system requirements to fully run the game in a stable perfect state. Since you don't have the luxury to afford any of those, you can gauge it with lower than the RECOMMENDED system requirements but higher than the MINIMUM system requirements.
You're not supposed to rely on MINIMUM system requirements all the time to expect it to be playable @60 FPS because that's NOT how it works.

You've been playing with Windows 7 back in 2007. You've upgraded your OS to Windows 10. Windows 10 is NOT the same as Windows 7 and has higher requirements than Windows 7 including the bloatware.
What works back in 2007 won't work accurately or consistent as now in 2024. You might need to use a non-bloatware version of the OS to make it work just like the old days but it's not guaranteed or the same despite having 800x600 lowest resolution, graphics and everything. Not even AI frame generation can give you salvation.
Strinova is more demanding than Valorant.
If you click on Valorant from within the Riot client, you should see the requirements listed as minimum specs (30 FPS), recommended specs (60 FPS), and high-end specs (144+ FPS).
From what do I know, Valorant does heavily rely on the frame delay times, including the network latency, (...), and as such I provided the nowadays considered low requirements, those being the high-end ones.
