Verification Issues + Korean Region Issues

If you can't log in, or have verification issues, it may be because either something from the backend, or at some point the account is linked to Korea. The game doesn't allow you to change country after you selected it for security reasons. If you need this fixed, we will need your email address or Uid. Please provide that and the country you are in.

Can NA players are able to play this game?

I do see this identification verfication stuff. And I need Korean cellphone to do it but I live in the USA. WTF is this?

If you chose Korea in your region when you start the game, we will have to go through Korean compliance processes, no matter where you physically live.

Oh I see. But when I launched the starter, I didn't even see the location selection. I participated in CBT. Does it relate to that?

Did you use your CBT account? We didn't wipe the accounts registration, only the game files. So if you selected Korea region during CBT that might be it. Otherwise, did it auto-select Korea when your ip's in NA? Then that's a bug. Steam is bad at bug report because I can't see your screen. Try post it on Discord.

OK, I think this is a bug. When I download the launcher from Steam, it automatically lead to KOREA location. I can't login from the beginning.

Nono, your in-game id. It should be left top corner.

I'll be back in a bit. Because I deleted the game and downloading it again to see if I can solve the problem by this way. The problem was I wasn't even able to login from the firstplace due to verfication.

I live in Buckhead GA, and they tell me to use Korean phone to authenticate i mean i live in US how am i supposed to play the game????
