We are not yet sure what caused the region issue. If you have this issue, please submit a ticket through customer service on the right side of the game UI. We do see those, and it's just easier to collect the information. We will switch it to your residence region in the backend. This is a temporary fix. A more thorough announcement is coming later.

Was supposed to be in one server, bugged out to NA server

i got sent to a wrong server and i am not even in NA. i was supposed to get in the server where i am supposed to. now i can't change and i reported the bug in-game support but no response!

i don't think its a server issue? my friend lives in europe close to my country and they get 50 ping and i get 100 for some reason. its a bug probably

I am in Europe where I should be in Asia. Can this be fixed, I already bought battle pass and monthly pass, and I can't play with my friends. This is seriously disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone if this region locking is not fixed or if there's no solution given to play with everyone GLOBALLY.

A lot of people are asking why they are assigned to the wrong region. The region assignment is meant to be based on network optimization. Meant to be at least. There are mistakes in this process, so if you want to be switched to a different server, please please submit a customer service ticket. We get through those relatively quickly, about twice or three times a week.

Please just send me to the node I choose, I hate playing with 150-200 ms and even if I choose the node with the lowest ping it just ends up sending me to anywhere, I don't mind waiting a little bit more
