Will this game get an official verification for Steam Deck/Linux after full version release?

I'm also wondering this. I'd be interested in playing it if Linux is supported, but I'm not up for dual booting for it.

Yeah from what I can tell, I'm having issues launching the game, probably because of it's anti-cheat which is ironically being bypassed by hackers anyways. It seems to be using Tencent's anti-cheat.

Looking at the ProtonDB listing, it suggests Proton GE 8.27, but after trying that it doesn't work anyways.

trying the demo, just says I need to use the steam client to launch the game, which I am.

Any plans for Linux support?

This game looks really interesting! However, it can't get past the launcher on Linux right now. I'm not sure which anticheat Strinova uses, so it may be that. I know Easy Anti Cheat has support on Linux via Proton, so I'm hoping strinova can add support soon :3

I would just play it on Windows, but all my computers at home run Linux for professional reasons. Linux support would also open the game up for Steamdeck users :)

Steamdeck compatibility says unknown so just try it out I guess. I'd say no though since it opens a launcher and probably has some form of anti-cheat.

I have Steamdeck and It does work high setting with 45 fps lock but the control biding is not good can’t pass the tutorial

Linux is too secure and too hard to spy on for Tencent. As a Linux user I wish it was the case but I imagine that they will also use that narration as "no Linux as there are cheaters there" or any other bs.
