Possible optimizations for low end users?

I meet minimum specs for the game, but sadly I don't even break 30 fps... I've been seeing this game since the beta and awaited for full release, but sadly I can't seem to play it, at least until optimizations are done. I still very much support this game!!

I'm struggling to play this, can't reach stable 30 fps. I even lowered the game resolution to 960x540 to make this playable.
