if it was a challenge then just ignore it
challenge mode games mean nothing
I got my account permanent Ghosted / Banned from Reddit for creating a thread half a year ago, saying that i will quit playing due to the gacha monetization system being bad with it's 50% weapon 50% character skin.
Like man, if it was that offensive just delete the thread, give me a warning or 7 day - monthly ban. Nah permanent ban is what i got.
Have fun and not care what people want you to play how you want to play and vice versa.
Also unless you're playing ranked it's understandable why you are hastily complaining on the discussion forms.
Also you can literally beat a sweat by literally having better team cooperation than them.
Cause doesn't matter how good you are. If you still complain about the other team being able to take you out easily you should probably need to chill.
Just because you have a bad interaction with someone in the game doesn't mean you have to pin it on everyone in it. Not everyone in the game is going to act like that.
Also there also a chance that you might be the aggressor yourself so that might need to be taken in consideration when talking about this topic.
No game is perfect. But in the end we just wanna have a good time before our inevitable demise or whatever future awaits.
thats wild
Games Like over watch has a pretty bland main menu screen.
This game also has a celestia and Michelle in the dormitory to interact with. if you lose or win a game they will say different things. I heav read that If your relationship level is high enough celestia will also give you a head pat on her lap if you lost Many times. :3
I feel the anime and calmer design( like the dormitory and relationship stories) of the game helps keep things more casual than other more intense games with just a bland main menu .
But it seems you have experienced some negativity even here. Which I am sorry about. It’s not a good experience and no one should have to experience it. But I believe that in other games it’s much worse. Maybe it’s better off to just stick to this one.
The Strinova community I met is mixed with good and bad people. Fortunately more good than bad. This last ones usually griefing on the chat, insulting others, etc. But fortunately I found nice matches too. Even in one we were just goofing with the enemy team, having a nice chat, making jokes and the like.
On other games is way worse, CS for example, the always present tryhards, in Marvel Rivals the angry losers, etc.
So far this is the best community I met in a competitive shooter. Not like is something like "wow!", but at least better than others.
Dude
I literally got banned and penalized for saying enemies were cheating in all chat and enemies stacked report on me bunch of cheaters
Would be great to report people and never ever again to be matchmaked with them.
It really depends how much "criticism" is considered toxic.
If you are just "new player forget to string" kind of bad then the trash talk is uncalled for.
if you are "10 % accuracy with Ironman and/or trying to outsnipe widow with Tracer" bad then the trash talk is well deserved because the AI can literally do a better job than you.
Just so you know, I've actually seen players like that.
no one deserves to be trash talked to. In situations where criticism and feed back is vital ( work place environments for example ) trash talk is bad and unprofessional for a reason.
If even in professional context where a lot more is at stake trash talk is bad, for a game where the point is to have fun and make friends. trash talk is 100% a no no.
Plus, for a game the point is to have fun and make friends. trash talk ruins the whole point of playing a game.
But weather or not the person improves or not is up to them. Forcing someone to do something with psychological attacks is not right.
we should't play to win, we should play to enjoy the game and make friends. which is what it's all about.
focus too much on wining and we miss the point entirely.
If you must complain though, report them in game, take a screenshot, and send it to the devs.
