Chat banned for 150+ hours and nothing shows in the records to support the claim

Hello there so basically after finishing a match I tried to type in EN-1 to see that I got " Muted for chat violation " and then in reputation tab it says I did " multiple chat violations " and got banned for 150+ hours from using VC and regular chat . Problem is in the records I don't have a single mention of what I did or said , it only shows matches . And on top of that I see that multiple people already got banned for atleast 24 hours from chat due to saying a SINGULAR word . I guess we having repeat from S1 when there was a massive wave of wrongly banned people for supposed smurfing . The fact censor in this game is poorly implemented also doesn't help the situation since a lot of typical censored words are going through meanwhile some basic english words can get censored for no reason . I hope people already reporting this issue because main reason a lot of people play strinova is too chat so being punished for something trivial and punished so harshly is just unreal

The social credit implementation is absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ deranged and they need to remove it. It's DERANGED. The chat is already draconically censored. You can't say lmao, you can't say ANYTHING, and you're limited to 50-word twitter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. It's insane. Get rid of it.

There are so many banned words that honestly make no sense even with the context of the game's origin in question, you might as well just do what naraka did and just block people from talking all together.

Mm, I've just been muted aswell.. No in-game mail, nothing, not even a notification in-game for what has triggered it.
I can only assume that getting your message blocked by potentially „sensitive“ words is one of the many triggers.

As mentioned within the thread, it clearly doesn't help that the apostrophes are many times censored and do result in the trigger, so as somebody who bothers with the grammar.. I get punished for keeping my messages clear and easy to read.

No chat would actually mean leaving the game forever to me.
Chatting with the other people was what kept it entertaining to me a lot more than the gameplay itself. I will need to think hard whether I wanna continue with the game or abandon it, because as the situation looks right now.. It feels like a waste of time to me.


I can understand getting muted for inappropriate messages; What I can't stand is getting muted for a civilized and respectful behavior, while the AI censorship can't read the context and between the lines, and I get punished for.. Proper grammar.

Yes, checking the reputation history tab doesn't show any violation, but that the rating as only increased.
To me, getting muted is a decreased rating, not increased, so.. I'm not sure what to think.

My playtime isn't a fair reflection of the time spent in the actual shooter; Over 80% of the hours have been spent browsing the store, banners, checking all the outfits and sprays, (...) - Customizations, to cut it short, as well as chatting.
Only about the remaining 20% of my playtime was spent playing the shooter game.

2nd time being muted for chat violation again.
Apparently trying to type "They did made an advertisement around last January".
Or something along the lines of typing anything about comparing the two advertisements made for global triggers the censor.

At least give me a list of what words that aren't offensive that are offensive from some unknown language.
Because if simple words like "Mechanic" can lead me to get muted for 24 hours again.
I too would go insane from constantly stepping on the censor landmines.
I know they're just trying to stop unwanted spam. But what if someone who replies and types fast when chatting were to get muted?

Cause it seems to trigger when you keep on hit the censor a lot and typing fast at the same time.
