How can I contact game support? I have ping 300+, i need help, my std ping is 40

It's on the launcher, there's a microphone with eyes icon next to the X (Close) button with Twitter (X) and Discord icon.

It can be done in-game as well using during the cutscene screen before clicking anything (as of now it's Fragranz cutscene) at the right side same with the microphone with eyes icon.

Another way is pressing Escape key > Support when you're at the menu dormitory with Celestia.
