If anyone's going to announce this, it'll be the game developers. Even if End of Service exists, they'll announce it further and play all the remaining assets the game has for the last few weeks by game industry standard after the announcement.
No 3D anime game goes end of service real quick when it's in demand by many. They last 1-2 years at best.
We're still 50% of the roadmap and the rest has to be delivered. There's multiple events being hosted on Discord for this to be true. It's just another salty player who didn't know what they signed up for.
second if devs truly care about game its self they should have done something by now instead milk people off
third this game will end up lose all of its player at best but not going EoS so dev eventually shut it down when there is no players
AND I SAY IT AGAIN WHY DREAM TOKENS ARE TREATED LIKE A PREMIUM CURRENCY IN GLOBAL ?!
During CBT, the Dream Tokens distribution are the same as CN but here it's just fixed 300 per level to encourage everyone to level up. There's little to no difference.
The CN's monetization has yet to be revamp to ours, it'll be changed with the permanent banners to standardize everything.
You're comparing this and that while CN community thinks the international version of the game is far superior when you're here pretending to be the other way around. They're not treating it like PREMIUM CURRENCY.
There's even Chinese players migrating to the international server because it's way better than CN.
you know how much you need to grind to unlock every character in this game 28k or 30k dream tokens at best its like what 120 level of grind ?! who has time to grind to this level ?! also as you level up gap gets bigger and bigger till level up becomes impossible or so hard to level up because of insane exp gap
Without all the other options to get free agents unlocked, the grind just by leveling up is pretty long. 3600 / 300 a level is 12 levels per an agent and 120 for all unlocked. There is also a cap on how much experience you can earn weekly, I believe. The system warned me about decreasing it to 50%, then 25%, then 0% of what you would have earned.
However, they gave me a free agent on signup, then you can unlock 2 more agents by watching a Strinova stream after linking your account to Twitch. Then you get one more agent on top of that by doing it again. That's 4/10 agents. That's not too bad.
I am like level 55 and within a week will have my last agent unlocked. I took advantage of all the events that earn you Dream Tokens and such, like the current Winter Event. If I were to need to unlock all 11 agents with only leveling up, then that would be too grindy; however, there are events and promotions I took advantage of, so it's not that bad.
If I were to be a totally brand new signup after these events expire and you don't get unlocks for Twitch drop watches, then it would be too much like you say all at once. The system might make more sense if all the agents were unlocked already, then they release a new agent. Then you grind 12 levels to unlock that one agent, but there are just too many locked at once.
personally i only really am interested in a few characters so i do not mind having to wait to unlock the full roster, i am already comfortable with my 3 attack and 4 defend preference picks,. Like, realistically, how many ppl are going to have an even spread of playtime among more than 6 or even 10 of the 18 currently released characters? at this point im just saving dreamtokens for future agents and not really gonna bother with trying to unlock the current agents im not really interested in.
its even better now that we have gotten events that give them out for free plus we had the limited free use agent period which made it better to experiment and test out the characters we were on the fence on unlocking or looking forwrd to playing but couldnt afford.
compared to a game like rainbow six, i have way more playtime in that game and unlocking characters in that game (with a much larger roster mind you) took way longer if we are looking at playtime/unlock, not to mention back in my day, we started with only TWO characters unlocked per side, thats FOUR total characters in a roster of like 24 at the time i started.
At one hand yeah I agree with some points due to some people being whales because anime's gonna anime and ranked is not so great but what do you expect when you're playing a mode where you're expected to bring your A game when your still learning the ropes. Not everyone's gonna be an expert immediately when playing this as it could be their first time being introduced to this type of genre.
And the other hand yeah I also agree since we're still experiencing the early years and it's unknown what this game's future holds due to having lots of plans on the road map which may include things that some players want like additional gamemodes, more rewards, etc.
At least they're interacting with the community, giving updates on the progress, and receiving feedback because I'm a fan of a certain classic game that is very fun and stood the tests of time but is neglected by it's makers that keep making off money off of it by simply having the community do it for them every yearly summers, Halloweens, and Christmas.
Don't know where this is all heading but all we can do is hope for things to get better.
Or we can cause some kind of riot that will become redundant to what we're trying to shout to the folks making this.
At least it's not Overwatch 1. There are indeed fates worse than death for games.
