I got banned for "Negative Behavior" even though I really do just suck at the game

I got banned a few minuets ago for "Negative Behavior" its not the first match someone "reported" me for throwing or of the like. Keep in mind this isn't ranked or anything serious it's just the challenge mode. I genuinely just suck at the game I've never played a shooter game that doesn't make me dizzy so it's a first. I cant seem to get kills in the game no matter how hard I try or even if i do it's completely by luck. I need help I only started playing a week ago. If anyone has any tips or be down to coach me lmk.

There's really no negative behaviour in the report category to assume you've been throwing the match.

This is more likely you trash talking under disruptive behaviour category. If you've been actually throwing games then your ban reasoning would be for Griefing or Not Cooperating.

that's just it tho I don't normally use chat in games without friends and the last 10 games was just normal games by myself

The best tip would be to use easy chars. Fu ch sia(why this considered a bad word lol) for example. Most people use Rof and Spread, but if you're bad at aiming, then use Damage and Recoil. Jump from side to side in close combat and avoid using adc mod except very long range. Use shoulder fire at mid range.

If you keep playing RANK despite playing being previously warned in CHALLENGE or being BANNED in RANK previously and still do it again, you will be restricted to be temporary banned to the point you wouldn't be able to play the game at all.

Stick to CHALLENGE even if you're new or bad. Never play RANK or force playing rank if you are performing bad or the enemy team is more than you can handle.

These has nothing to do with insulting/trash talking in-game. NEGATIVE BAHAVIOR explains all these warnings and bans. These are ALL AUTOMATED. Nobody reported you or any mass reports and will receive any of this if you trigger the system.

The bans and cooldown will reset after undisclosed durations.

CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE:

I am writing to inform you that the security department has detected passive play on your part. Consequently, the system has automatically imposed a penalty, prohibiting you from participating in rank mode.

Please note that player may trigger negative gameplay penalties for cheating or interfering with other players' normal gameplay behavior, AFK, maliciously giving away heads (including your low KDA data), intentionally getting in the way of teammates, spiking, and other gameplay behaviors not limited to above.

If penalized multiple times, the ban may be extended, such as one day the first time and three days the second time.

To clarify, while we do have a system in place that we can extend bans for repeated infractions, such as a 3-day ban after multiple 24-hours bans, these penalties are not permanent. They are subject to reset under certain conditions such as maintain a period of clean play without further infractions.

I've gathered EVERY SINGLE INFO every community needs and provided screenshot above and the stance of the Customer Support service.

Actually I did contact costumer support and all I got back was "ur not banned anymore" basically, also I didn't reply because I don't check messages on steam, I'm already over everything I just made the comment originally to see if anyone had the same issue.

Also there's really nothing to explain my kda was average, I don't chat, didn't disconnect, nothing was off then out of nowhere I was banned. I'm not trying to reopen this conversation I'm just defending myself from what you've said, that's all. Thanks though for the help.
