Game servers and ping

Hello, I have a question. I live in Russia in the Far East ( Vladivostok ) and my provider allows me to play on Asian servers with a ping of 40-50, but in this game I have a ping of 250+, and I can’t choose the same European server, where I have a ping of 120+ in games. What should I do? Why can’t I choose other regions to play? In the same Valorant, I can play on the Tokyo region (with their Tokyo client) with a ping of 40, on European servers with a ping of 120-150, but here only 250+
