I asked for mine to be deleted over a week ago and it's still active. As with Heaven Burns Red, they may not have the ability (or you could put it cynically, the desire) to delete PC accounts

Precisely. If you're going to finish with a game, there is no reason for said company to keep any information about you. At all.

Please contact customer support. If no one gets back to you within a week, DM me. (This week is the exception cause most people are on break. But usually customer service clears the requests within 2-3 days.
