Ok, I don't know why support still hasn't addressed this problem. Good thing found this solution:

Go to Network Connections > Properties > Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPV4) properties.

Then change the preferred DNS to 1.1.1.1 and alternate DNS to 1.0.0.1
