I want to love the game so much but out of the dozens of ranked matches ive played ive had maybe only 2 matches with actual players. id give them so much money in this gotcha if there were actual players in ranked

What pros, what are you even talking about? The pros here are just bots, they one-shot with one burst to the head from any distance without dispersion, I have also met people in this game, and they do not play like the local bots. It would be more logical to let them play against people, and not against these machines for shredding newbies.

Seems like this happens with all of these Chinese online pvp games getting beta tests recently. Mechabreak did it, Fate Trigger did it, Strinova's doing it... They don't seem to be lacking in actual players, so why fill the lobbies with bots?

how do you know there are bots in your lobby? I've been getting lobbies where they are definitely human, communicates by chats and occasionally voice chats too.

go check their profile and see if they registered in the year 2023 with a near 0% winrate and a lvl 20 account, if yes its a bot

yeah thought so. another trash game with fake player bots. pretty sure the main chat is full of bots with AI too.

Those are the most casual games you can play, there are no tryhards.

theres bots in ranked in the cn version too, thats definitely not a beta
bots are the expected on this game, if you were hoping for actual players in every ranked game it doesnt happen until like after plat. im pretty sure it does this regardless of whether or not theres enough players in the queue to fill a whole game

Bots do have an insane aim and tracking, but they're coded to work in a specific way.
What I mean to say is, they don't play as a team and thus picking out 1 Vs. 1 when you're having a flashbang or something to ensure yourself an easily won duel then makes things a lot easier.

That said..
There are still some players playing this game, and most of them do seem to lack any FPS experiences to begin with.
Meaning, they've got no crosshair placement, can't read the game, and thus don't even bother reading how does each agent work to play around their abilities. That also translates over to how do they approach each enemy, such stuff.
Have you seen any of them use flashbangs? I mean, in a way they're meant to be used, so you're not blinding your entire team and yourself. That's where the fun begins, because they don't know how it works.
-> Those who've played Counter-Strike will know, as they do work about the same here, smokes included. It makes things so easy to understand if you've got some experiences to base it around on.

What I also mean to point out is.. Don't underestimate the bots.
They're many times a lot more capable than your ordinary players with no FPS experiences, but the moment you encounter those who do have them.. Then that's when and where bots will prove to be a lot worse than those players.
