If they made it themselves it still isnt copyright infringement. If they stole the map file out of the game then yes, but a map layout isnt intellectual property.
Yoru is just Wraith except he has an ability to blind his opponents. (Apex vs Valorant)
Fernando is Just Reinhart with a flamethrower (Paladins vs Overwatch)
Fenrir is just Warwick without the chempunk lore. (League vs Smite)
The map has a similar layout but it does add in a few areas and cut out a few areas...
So your argument is like saying that League stole it's map from Dota 2... people do say this but no legal ramifications have ever come from the Dota Team because you can't own the layout of a map... if that was the case a LOT of games would be getting sued for how their maps are set up in a lot of competitive games.
No one cares about soy opinion
Till now I didn't even heard Blizzard complaining about the map so I'm gonna play the game happy of the fact that at least I don't need to pay for every single skin in the game.
