You mean .. Steam badges, profile backgrounds, emoticons, and such, right?

Unfortunately, because playing this game doesn't require Steam to be running, it's never gonna happen, although the backgrounds that we get to see in the launcher, for example, are already really nicely done.

They're implementing Steam Achievements so there's still a slim hope for it to be added.

I.. am very much doubtful about that.
It happened more often than not that a game got Steam achievements, but no community items anymore. Though, it's true that even those occasions alone felt rare aswell.
I just can't bring myself to remain hopeful..
