Error when creating game save data

Hi! I just bought the game the other night and when trying to create save data, I get a message saying that an error occurred when trying to create game save data. I also noticed that auto save doesn't work when trying to create data as well. I've tried reinstalling, verifying game files and emptying hdd space and haven't had any luck. Anyone know of any possible fixes?

Sorry to hear you're encountering saving issues. When you go to the following location, do you have any save files there?
C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Local\CosmicShake\Saved\[user ID]\SaveGames

If you don't see any files there, then it seems the game does not have access/writing permission, which is usually due to antivirus/windows defender. If you are using a separate antivirus program, please make sure you add Cosmic Shake's .exe to the exceptions list, and for Windows Defender, make sure you check the following:
1. In Windows search, type and open Windows Security
2. Go to Virus & Threat protection > Manage Ransomware protection
3. Make sure that "Controlled folder access" is switched off
