That sounds incredible strange. I presume you have attempted the usual standard solutions?
1. Right click game in Steam > Properties > Local files > Verify integrity of game files
2. Update GPU and CPU drivers
3. Uninstall > turn PC off and on again > reinstall

If neither of these fix it, can you please report your issue via the following link, ideally with as much information as possible and your save game and dxdiag attached? Thanks.

Save game location:
C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Local\CosmicShake\Saved\[user ID]\SaveGames

For Dxdiag, press Windows key + R key > enter "dxdiag" > OK. Once the tool is done, click "Save all information" and save the file somewhere easily accessible.

I have verified and still i have the issue, i have updated to my latest GPU drivers and CPU drivers too.

Whats odd is that its only this game that im having this issue with, i played RE 4 remake, Rust and Dead Space Remake and didn't have that problem at all. I will submit my dxdiag and save on the link.
