I got this game from Humble Bundle a while ago and for that price it was worth it. No way you should be paying $40 for this. To finish the story on average you will spend 9 hours and all of that is a repetitive gameplay which gets boring. Targeted audience is children so for them the game is fine but please don't overpay.

If you like Spongebob at all this game is pretty well made. The voice acting is on point. The animation is very good. I beat it in about 8 hours but you can get more time if you do all the side stuff.
