Primogenitor consistently disappears

It seems that the Primogenitor boss would consistently disappear when I do too much damage to the boss while it is in the hatcher (you will do weakspot damage to the boss + damage to the hatcher and see 2 damage numbers when you do this). Had to refight it 5 times in a row.

The bug stopped happening when I only shot the hatcher in its own weakspot (the eyes).

Anyone else had this happen? I noted there were bugs where the Primogenitor would get stuck out of bounds but for this case the boss simply disappeared from the hatcher body, and killing the hatcher does not get the boss to reappear.

Yeah I just got this... had that Nimue bow equipped, HuGs build, preem damage, focused on downing everything on one weakspot hit... i get the fly down after 2 - 3 shots in the small blue guy and then the guy is just gone for the rest of the fight :) guess it's back to Bonesaw with acid rounds for this one.
