Task Manager<Details< right click Remnant 2, check and uncheck CPU's until the flickering stops.
I'm guessing it's something to do with the infinity fabric that lets the 2 chiplets talk to each other, not playing well with Unreal Engine 5 on specific systems.

If your situation is like mine and it's the infinity fabric you may need to disable CPU 11-6 (or 0-5), which sadly means only 3 cores and 6 threads will be usable for the game, but the glitch should stop at least. It's not a great solution, that's for sure, and you'd need to manually re-apply the fix every time you boot up the game, unless you can get this solution working:

I couldn't get the permanent affinity thing to work, but maybe it'll work for you. Worth a shot.
