Acquiring Black Greatsword is bugged

Hello!

I would just like to point out that after giving ingots to McCabe it is impossible for me to acquire the Black Greatsword.

I managed to finish another Campaign Run and several boss rushes and after picking "Is it done?" dialogue option I keep getting the answer that it is not ready yet.
