Can't cleanse Prism

I tried to cleanse my Prism, specifically the "Prism of Voracity", but it's still stuck at level 14... I can select the prism and hit cleanse, and it removes all the XP down to 14 (it was around 14.5 when I cleansed it), but it does't fully reset to zero and I still have the buffs. I can keep earning XP on it, and each time I cleanse it again it just goes back down to 14.

I confirmed I'm still getting the prism buffs too--it's not just a visual bug. I tested the explosive damage bonus I'm getting from it compared to when it's my active prism or not, and the buffs are functioning.

I guess this prism is just bricked until it's patched? I'm assuming this is a new bug since they recently added the ability to only cleanse the legendary? This never happened to me before the Oct 17th patch.

I have the same issue, as do other members of my group. Hoping to see a fix for this soon, as I want to re-pick my upgrades to work with fusion fragments.

Same here. The only thing you can do is get another prism and don't use it until you feed it fragments so the next roll you want is guaranteed.

Same and my prisms are maxed and I need to reroll!!
