I cant get my Drakestone Pearl

I have a bug where i got the item ,, Drakestone pearl" once, and now there is nowhere in my inevorty, when i did the requirment to get it, being pulled and then killing Manticora in losomn. Please help and my item back

Did you find any solution to this? I personally didnt notice any item pickup notifications.

Though i literally cant get the item.

Ive ran the Manticora From the Drain injectable countless times. Got the Mysterious Stone on my very first run and then just scrap on any subsequent runs.

I even tried console commands (and on another character) to no avail.

The item just doesnt exist in my game.

Update: you gotta go to Tillers Rest. Went there, got it first time.

After atleast 20-30 runs in morrows peak and 0 drops after the Mysterious Stone, it feels like Drakestone Pearl just doesnt drop there.
