Spectral Blade charge attack now broken with Mist Step.

So the patch seemed to have fixed the issue with the back step some times stumbling with overweight (75+) armor with Mist Step but it was still possible to use the Spectral Blade's when the back step worked properly. Now no matter what the weight is when I try to use the Spectral Blades charge attack what ever gun is equipped is swung instead of the blade and it looks funny like it wasn't intended. If it was intended I am not sure what it is listed under in the patch notes.
