How to remove "C:\Intel\iGfx\XeFX" forever?

Hi there,

I'm using a Win 11 system and RM2 (re)creates this folder and probably collects data with it. How can I remove / disable this forever?

P.S.: I thought, that every coder should know to NEVER EVER use the ROOT dir for BLOAT or SPYWARE or anything else.
