bug when getting downed using beam mods

its most notable with the one that explodes cant remember the name you get it from the floating eye machine.
but when you get downed while using it it will continuously go off causing a friendly fire explosion on your body even after getting revived. which can only be done by the dog.
and it doesn't go away as it doesn't use mod power and leaves very little room to even try and escape it as it staggers and damages yourself. it also sticks around even after the second down
