Dormant N'erudian Facility locked door if you die after purging

I'm stuck outside of this facility since I died against the miniboss. I now cannot enter the dungeon anymore (red door), resulting in being unable to get the Memory core II.

Pretty sure that's working as intended.. the memory core IS a side quest item, so not campaign breaking at all. You die, it purges, and now that area is locked. Same thing happens with a flooding room puzzle/parkour thing
