Liquid Escape not sold by any vendors?

New player here, I sold off Liquid Escape early in my 1st campaign... after 80+hrs I found that I am unable to find it again from vendor. Please help!

Clueless as to how to get it back myself, apparently, you're also able to join friend's hardcore characters with your own casual character through steam. And because hardcore worlds don't allow liquid escape, it deleted it from my inventory and have not been able to use it since.
