Seeker's key quest bugged

There are two keys in my inventory, the map says I need to find two more, I explored every dungeon the game randomly spawned to me, couldn't find any more keys.

Quest text doesn't update with any keys past the first. If you obtain the last key (so you have 3 in inventory) then you can go to the door and hand in all three at the same time.

Yeah, thank you, I think the spawning of the dungeons might be bugged as well (quest not updating with new keys after the first sounds like a bug to me), for a long time I couldn't find any new dungeons, than today suddenly found two. I could finally go on with the story.
I love N'Erud btw, it looks so dark, depressive and far into the future of a species.
